Dr. Amir Jahanian Najafabadi is a prominent researcher and lecturer specializing in Interdisciplinary Neuroscience, Clinical Neuropsychology, and Cognitive Science residing in Germany.

Dr. Jahanian Najafabadi currently serves as a senior Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer in the Department of Cognitive Neuroscience at Bielefeld University, Germany.

Dr. Jahanian Najafabadi obtained his BSc. in Psychology and Education for Children with Special Needs from Isfahan University. He graduated with his MSc in Educational Psychology from Shiraz University with a focus on the application of neurofeedback training on various cognitive components, such as problem-solving, attention, and reaction time in healthy school-aged children.

Dr. Jahanian Najafabadi also holds a Diploma certificate in Psychology and Clinical Neuroscience from the University of Porto, Portugal.

Dr. Jahanian Najafabadi completed his PhD in Neuroscience at Constructor University in Germany.

Dr. Jahanian Najafabadi currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer in the Department of Cognitive Neuroscience at Bielefeld University, Germany, and is the founder of the Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Society (INS) at Constructor University. His core research focuses on the plasticity of the minimal-self across the lifespan, investigating how virtual and real-life changes in sensorimotor experiences shape human perception of time, body ownership, and agency, often utilizing Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies. Furthermore, he applies Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques to develop personalized treatments for neuropsychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), Attention Deficits/HyperActivity Disorder (ADHD), and is an active member of prestigious societies such as the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS).
