Dr. Jahanian Najafabadi currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer in the Department of Cognitive Neuroscience at Bielefeld University, Germany, and is the founder of the Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Society (INS) at Constructor University. His core research focuses on the plasticity of the minimal-self across the lifespan, investigating how virtual and real-life changes in sensorimotor experiences shape human perception of time, body ownership, and agency, often utilizing Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies. Furthermore, he applies Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques to develop personalized treatments for neuropsychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), Attention Deficits\/HyperActivity Disorder (ADHD), and is an active member of prestigious societies such as the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
